Appointments can be made by calling the respective passport office during normal business hours. Walk-ins are welcome but should expect longer wait times.
Please be advised that priority will be granted to those with appointments. To minimize customer wait times, passport appointments are recommended, and are required for parties of 4 or more applicants. Although the issuance of passports is done by the federal passport agency, the County Clerk’s Passport Offices in Freehold Borough and Neptune are available to assist in the preparation of the application which, in turn, is forwarded to the U.S.
